Dr. Jacobs is a licensed psychologist specializing in the evaluation of children, adolescents and young adults with learning differences, attention disorders, and psychological disorders. Her training in School Psychology allows her to craft treatment plans that are effective and practical for schools, students, and families. Dr. Jacobs has worked with children and adolescents in schools, hospitals and clinics in New York City and Los Angeles.
Dr. Jacobs completed the PsychoEducational Diagnostic Services Program (PEDS) Post-doctoral Fellowship in Pediatric Assessment at the Reiss Davis Child Study Center at Vista Del Mar in 2012, where she worked with children and adolescents with varying learning differences, developmental disorders, and mood disorders. In addition to her pre- and postdoctoral training in psychoeducational testing, she also has extensive training in individual and group therapy with children, adolescents, and young adults.
